‘Spiderman’ dad proclaims his rights

Dale Smith, 35, of Parklands, said he has been denied fair access to his daughter since his divorce. Dressing up as a cartoon character such as Spiderman is the trademark of the international organisation, Fathers 4 Justice, which campaigns for the rights of divorced fathers.
We as fathers also have rights. We are also human beings and we also deserve to have access to our children. It is their right to know their father.
As fathers we are denied the rights to our children even if we are good people. Ex wifes really make one’s life miserable. I love my daughter very much and I don’t even get feedback on how she is doing.
