South Africa: ‘Breakthrough’ As Two Men Held

A 33-year-old man from Blaauwberg Strand and a 39-year-old man from Tableview are facing charges of conspiracy to commit statutory offences.
Africa 2007The two are said to have links to Russia and Bulgaria. More charges could be added as the investigation continues.
In the past week police swooped on a house in Belhar and arrested a 48-year-old man for charges of dealing in drugs.
