Tags: No Tags.Police are compiling identi-kits of the two men who shot and seriously wounded a Business Against Crime (BAC) executive early yesterday.Johannesburg-based Alan Mackenzie, 56, was to have answered questions about the justice department’s finances before the Standing Committee on Public Accounts (Scopa) in Parliament yesterday but was instead recovering in hospital.
Police have launched a search for the suspects and the identikits would be released as soon as possible, police spokesman Randall Stoffels said.
Yesterday, the Table View house where Mackenzie was shot and which belongs to Dawn Oliver, was quiet. The only indication it had been a crime scene was a piece of police tape fluttering from a tree and black powder for fingerprints covering two cars parked outside.
