   Hi,

   This was and is stillthe best, I used to do it every morning watching on TV and i felt great.

   Were can I get dvd’s or cd’s of these exercises need to do it at home, I’m a full time missioner, travelling a lot need to take it with me across Africa, the world were ever I go. Can u assist me

   i featured in the east london section of these body beat programmes and am trying to get a copy of the videos that were done in east london, could anyone assist me on that.

   It was the best part of my army days before parade 06:20 to watch Body beat in 1989-90s!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Hi
   Ek het vir my ‘n DVD gekoop nadat hy uitgekom het. Ek het dit gereeld geoefen. Dit werk soos ‘n bom. Ek het nou weer my DVD uitgehaal en begin weer oefen. Waar kan ons nog ander DVD’s koop?

   Wil jy nie asb vir my sê of jy ‘n oefening dvd uit het nie asb. Ek het jou boek en gebruik dit gereeld. Het ook die videa gehad van jou maar soek met ‘n seer hart ‘n dvd.
